How We Work

When your vehicle comes in for a service or repair we strive to provide you with the best experience possible at the best value for money.

When bringing your vehicle to Mercedes Reapir we will drop you off at home or at work at no additional cost. Our friendly service assistants will then contact you later in the day regarding any additional repairs that may be needed on your vehicle, only if you approve the quotes, will we proceed with the repairs. No work will be done on your vehicle without your authorization. The Service Manager or Foreman will stay in contact with you throughout the duration of your vehicles stay with us so that you are continuously up to date on what’s happening.

We strive to make sure that you get the same quality of work that you would have gotten from the agents at a cheaper cost. Here at Mercedes Repair, we do this by ensuring:

• We only use OE, OES or OEM quality parts.
• By making sure you never pay more than what you would of at the Agents.
• And offering you a 1 year or 60 000km warranty on our workmanship and parts fitted.

Not only do you have a warranty of 1 year or 60 000km (whichever comes first) when you service or repair your vehicle with us but you also have peace of mind knowing that we have comprehensive insurance in place protecting you and your vehicle.
